What difference does it make whether you change your style sheet now or at a latter date. The whole idea of creating a style sheet is to make changes easily by changing the style sheet - not your individual pages.
I suggest embed your style sheet in the normal way and then you can make the changes whenever you want to the style sheet without changing any of the pages.
